Like all wonderful things, your baby's Cinta product is made with a dash of love, sprinkled with craftsmanship and with some help from Mother Nature. Each product is handcrafted from the best quality of rattan sourced responsibly from equatorial forests. So, though it might take some time to reach you, each is one-of-a-kind and truly special.

Refund and cancellation
If for any reason you cancel your order within 48 hrs of placing it, the entire amount will be refunded. After 48 hours, cancelling the order will not be possible.

Customisation
To make things even more special for your baby, we can customise your order by adding initials or your child's name to the product. We charge a wee bit extra for the customisation. Just let us know when you preorder baby furniture sets, or newborn bedside bassinet.

Order Booking
As every order is custom created for you, when you book the order, we charge 70% of the order value. The remainder is paid on delivery. Your custom order will take approximately 12 weeks to be delivered.
